Oil painting on Canvas 30 x 20inches

Another attempt at oil painting! Used it as an exercise in using painting knives and the effects that can be achieved. Still needs more work but thought I'd add it anyway and put on another photo if I manage to improve it.

Hi, Excellent .... my e painting to give more liveliness to the picture I see you add characters on the sand or boats at the bottom to break the breakup of the water. ... it's my opinion ... but the theme is the result of good thinking ....

You have genius perspective detail in this piece, very well done! I also like how you didn't go with the traditional muddy red for the cliffs below the grass. That darkish violet helps to make the lush green pop out more :) nice job
